RETURN & REFUND

The following circumstances are required to qualify your purchase for a return or exchange:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you (i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email).
If the product you receive has a genuine defect.
If we receive an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, our shipping company attempts three unsuccessful deliveries. In such circumstances, Extra delivery charges will be charged. Please email us at support@ADORNKART.com. (We will not be able to provide any refunds in such cases)
If the receiver refuses the Package, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please send an email to support@ADORNKART.com within 24 hours of delivery if your purchase meets the criteria stated above with the following information:
Order number
Delivery address
Specify the reason for return, and in the case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
We unfortunately won't be able to respond to emails or photographs that are sent more than a day after delivery.
To be eligible for a 'refund or return', your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and Its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, following an inspection and quality check with no anomalies, we’re happy to exchange it for a replacement or refund your order amount within 7 working days, If approved by Adorn Kart.
